Earlier, Weibo blogger “Digital Chat Station” revealed that unlike the previous generation lineup, the HONOR WIN 2 series will launch three models this year. According to exposed information, this special edition model will be equipped with a 6.83-inch 1.5K screen and support an ultra-high refresh rate of up to 185Hz. Like the other two models in the series, this version is expected to feature a straight-screen design. In terms of core specifications, the new machine will be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, while the higher-end WIN 2 series models are expected to use the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 processor.
In terms of battery life and heat dissipation design, it is reported that this third model will have a built-in large-capacity battery of more than 10,000mAh. Although the specific value has not been confirmed, it is expected to be able to cope with long-term use needs. In addition, HONOR is expected to retain the built-in active cooling fan technology and add a metal mid-frame design to maintain a relatively slim body. Other configurations include 3D ultrasonic fingerprint unlocking technology and pre-loaded MagicOS 11 system developed based on Android 17.
