Monday, September 28. Day 14 after Apple shipped iOS 27 and iPadOS 27 on September 14. The tip on Apple Developer Releases is still 24A437. No iOS 27.0.1. No iPadOS 27.0.1. The security releases index, still marked published September 23, has not added a phone or tablet point release under that date.
This is also day 1 of the calendar week Apple described to reporters as early next week for a Face ID reboot software update on some iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max units. The spoken window is open. The two pages that usually confirm a seed or advisory first have not moved overnight.

Day 14 tip still 24A437
On Releases, the shipping entries remain:

Those strings have not changed since the public day. Settings > General > Software Update on a normal iPhone still shows no newer public build.
Sunday's Monday Face ID window note already logged day 13 on the same tip. Monday adds day 14 with the same build. Outside talk that Apple is preparing 27.0.1 is still not backed by a Releases row or a security advisory for iPhone or iPad.
Face ID week starts without a seed
Apple's reply to 9to5Mac around September 23–24 said a software update for some iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max phones that restart after a failed Face ID attempt would arrive early next week. The company did not name a version string in that reply. Unlocking apps such as Passwords was among the reported triggers.
From Asia/Shanghai time, Monday is inside that week. That is not confirmation that a patch ships today. It is not confirmation that the Face ID fix will be labeled iOS 27.0.1, or that every iPhone on iOS 27 will see the same package.
What Apple's own pages show this morning is narrower. Releases tip for iPhone and iPad is still 24A437. The security index still lists watchOS 27.0.1 above the September 14 iOS 27 / iPadOS 27 entries. On the Watch side, the security index already lists watchOS 27.0.1 from September 23 for Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4 only, with no published CVE entries. Developer Releases never showed a build string for that point release in our scrape. Phone and tablet OS have not matched that hop. Detail sits in the watchOS 27.0.1 firmware note.
27.2 tip still 24B5089g on day 7
Developer tip builds are unchanged since September 21. That is a full week on the same beta 2 strings:

The 24B5089g beta 2 write-up still matches today's tip. Saturday's no 27.0.1 yet note mapped the same stall on the public side.
What Apple has not confirmed
Apple has not posted iOS 27.0.1 or iPadOS 27.0.1 on Developer Releases. It has not added those versions to the security releases table. It has not published a build number for a Face ID reboot patch. It has not said whether the early-next-week update will carry a 27.0.1 label, ship to all iPhone models on iOS 27, or land as a narrower fix.
Until one of those pages moves, the shipping tip for iPhone and iPad stays 24A437. Keep automatic updates on if you want the first public seed when it appears.
