IT House reported on September 10 that according to a report by technology media MacRumors today, Apple’s official technical specifications show that the main camera sensor of the iPhone Duo folding screen phone seems to be similar to that of the iPhone 17e.
IT Home attaches the following differences between the two main cameras:

However, the main cameras of the two phones are not exactly the same. The technical specifications of the iPhone 17e only list ordinary “optical image stabilization” and do not have Duo’s “sensor shift optical image stabilization”.
Moreover, iPhone Duo does not have the “100% Focus Pixels” feature of the iPhone 17 standard version. This suggests that the iPhone Duo’s main camera may be between the iPhone 17e and iPhone 17. It has the iPhone 17’s sensor-shift optical image stabilization, but uses a sensor similar to the iPhone 17e and uses hybrid focus.
Currently, Apple has not announced the sensor size or pixel size of the iPhone Duo’s main camera, so we are not yet sure that the iPhone Duo uses the CMOS of the iPhone 17e.
