HUAWEI recently held a new product launch conference in the country and launched a number of new products including the HUAWEI Mate XT2 flagship tri-fold screen. Among them, Mate XT2 has been replaced with a wingspan architecture to enhance the protection of the main screen. It is also equipped with the Kirin 9050 Pro chip for the first time and a Lingshield privacy screen to protect privacy.
Get started with the HUAWEI Mate XT2 tri-fold screen. The main components of the fuselage and the camera are placed on the central axis of the wingspan structure. The weight of the machine remains at 299g, but the weight distribution is more even, and the holding experience is better when unfolding.

Another feature of the phone is the addition of a 6.5-inch 2,442 x 1,140 LTPO OLED external screen. The folded thickness is only 12.1mm and the compact body makes the actual feel closer to a standard large straight screen phone.

It is worth mentioning that the Mate XT2 is narrower than the previous generation, from 3.6-4.75mm to 3.5-4.0mm when unfolded. At the same time, when the wingspan structure is folded, the back cover can also protect the hinge position of the tri-fold screen for better safety.

In terms of hardware, HUAWEI Mate XT2 is equipped with the Kirin 9050 Pro chip, which is equipped with Tao’s Law stacking technology for the first time, and has stronger computing performance. It also adds anti-peeping protection for personal privacy protection, which can effectively block the view from other angles after the actual test is started.
