Apple releases a new generation of operating systems for its devices, including iOS 27, iPadOS 27, macOS 27, watchOS 27, etc. This year iOS 27 does not eliminate any old iPhone, and all models that support iOS 26 can be upgraded to iOS 27.
However, in terms of iPad, Apple Watch and Mac, Apple has released many old devices. The elimination list of iPad involves iPad Pro, iPad Air, iPad and iPad mini product lines, such as iPad Air (3rd generation), iPad (8th generation), iPad mini (5th generation), etc.; macOS 27 officially terminates Intel Mac support.
It is worth noting that Apple Watch Series 9 was not included in the watchOS 27 compatibility list initially announced by Apple. This was later confirmed to be an information error on the official website. Apple Watch Series 9 has now been re-included in the support list. However, the Apple Watch Series 8, the first-generation Apple Watch Ultra and the Apple Watch SE 2 launched in 2022 will not be eligible for watchOS 27.
