The first Wednesday in June every year is World Running Day, which aims to encourage everyone to get outside and move. As usual this year, Apple announced that it will hold an Apple Watch Event Challenge on June 3 (Wednesday).
Apple Watch users only need to complete at least 5 kilometers (3.1 miles) of running training on World Running Day to meet the standard. Whether you record your runs through the “Physical Training” app built into Apple Watch, or use any third-party app that can sync exercise data to the “Health” app, you are all eligible for the challenge, and you can unlock exclusive limited medals upon completion.
In addition to the meaningful medals, Apple Watch users will also receive 4 limited iMessage dynamic stickers after completing the challenge, which can be used when sending iMessages or making FaceTime calls with relatives and friends, adding more fun to interactions.
