Huawei announced the official launch of its new smartphone nova 15 Max in the international market. This new phone has previously been released in the domestic market as the “Enjoy 90 Pro Max” model, and the international version launched this time also offers a practical new choice with affordable pricing, extra-large capacity battery and high-standard display screen.
HUAWEI nova 15 Max In terms of appearance design, the back of HUAWEI nova 15 Max adopts a round large lens module design. The body size is 163.3 x 78 x 7.98 mm and the weight is 232 g. Different from the domestic version, the international version provides three exclusive color options of rouge gold, lake blue and magic night black for users to choose from.
The new machine is equipped with symmetrical stereo dual speakers, providing a wide-angle sound field of more than 90 degrees, and has a wide volume adjustment range to meet the needs of multimedia playback in different environments. There are volume buttons and power button on one side of the fuselage, and an independent smart X button is added on the other side. Users can use this physical shortcut key to instantly activate various commonly used functions, such as controlling smart home appliances such as air conditioners and TVs, making quick calls, or directly opening daily practical tools such as calendars, flashlights, cameras, and counters.
In terms of display, the machine is equipped with a 6.84-inch OLED screen (2756 x 1272) with FHD+ resolution and 107 million color displays. The screen also has a 120Hz update rate, a 300Hz touch sampling rate, supports P3 wide color gamut, and 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming technology. This screen has a peak brightness of up to 4000nits and a pixel density of 444 PPI, which can still provide a clear viewing experience in outdoor strong light environments.
In terms of photography specifications, HUAWEI nova 15 Max uses a dual-lens combination, which is a 50-megapixel super-sensing main lens with an aperture of f/1.9, and a 2-megapixel secondary lens with an aperture of f/2.4. The front is equipped with an 8-megapixel selfie lens. At the system level, the new phone comes preloaded with the EMUI 14.2 operating system and provides 256GB of built-in storage space.
As the core configuration of the machine, HUAWEI nova 15 Max has a built-in extra large battery with a capacity of up to 8500mAh and supports 40W SuperCharge Turbo fast charging technology. Together with the built-in energy enhancement technology, it can effectively optimize battery performance. According to official test data, when fully charged, the phone can support up to 48 hours of continuous talk time, 27 hours of local video playback, 23 hours of long-distance video playback, or 25 hours of map navigation operations.
