   Apple will not be releasing a 32 inch iMac Pro for several reasons: First, this would cannibalize their current Mac Pro with Pro Display XDR and probably the Mac Studio with M4 Max/(unreleased Ultra) Chips as well. Also, they are not going to update the iMac to a 120hz Pro Motion display any time soon, because the cost alone would drive the cost much higher than the initial $4999 base model 2017 iMac Pro, losing out on most potential 'pro buyers'. Lastly, this type of video makes people think that Apple is looking to tech reviewers about what they should release next. As we know, Apple has 3-5+ years of tooling and design behind their releases, depending on the product. That said, there will not be an iMac Pro of this caliber until potentially 2026, if they ever re-release it at all! Fun to dream though!

   An iMac Pro 32” retina with M5 Pro and/or Max inside is going to please most for a very long time. What I’m hoping is a separate standalone 32” Monitor to be released, to nicely pair with the newly Mac Mini M4 Pro. Exciting times.

    I have a 2013 27 inch IMAC that runs Catalina through an external SSD T7 shield 2TB from Samsung. A 30" or 32" IMAC pro next year would be awesome!

    End of next year is too late for an M4 iMac Pro. Better plan to go to M5.

    Get rid of the chin, and make it VESA compatible. It's ridiculous to not have that. There's no reason for a chin either, the previous iMacs were just MacBook Pros inside a monitor. Keep it clean, and give customers options to use VESA arms.

    Prefer 27”, or Larger, OLED Nano-Textured Monitor and Mac Mini.

    I'm not sure why people still an imac… they can no longer upgrade ram on their own and will be out of date in a year. You'll end up spending more money each time as you need to replace the full machine. Mac mini or mac studio are far better and you can just get better monitors for it.

    I like the idea of an iMac with the guts of a Mac Pro but not the expandability. I'm surprised Apple hasn't jumped on this already since it fills a nice gap.

    A laptop is way more useful, and if you want a bigger screen, just plug one in.
    The top laptops are now powerful enough to match up to any imac.
    Also the new m4 mac mini is portable enough to take anywhere you want and plug into a mobile monitor, which is way more versatile than the imac.

    I'm still hanging into my Intel iMac 27" because it has 32gigs of RAM, and runs fine. But I know I need upgrade for AI. I'm just waiting to see how good AI is or is not.

    I don't want to use the all-in-one model anymore, because the CPU will be constantly updated, but the screen doesn't need to be continuously replaced, which seems a bit wasteful.

    A large more powerful iMac could be great as long as it is cheaper to then Mac Studio with a studio display otherwise not sure the point.

    I wished this would have come sooner! I had to make do with the highest spec'd iMac M3 since my Intel Mac gave up the ghost! 😝 I had wanted to wait for at least a Pro chip iMac, but nope, my trusty workstation just couldnt do it anymore by middle of this year, and i went for the iMac available.

    Not going to happen. More likely that Apple will introduce a few new stand-alone large screens which can be paired to either their updated Mac Mini or Apple Studio M4 chips.

    All I care about is an upgrade to Apple's 6 year old 6k Pro Display XDR, make it 8K! As for the Imac, all we are asking for is the M4 studio max or M4 ultra

    Could be persuaded but would want better than base RAM and SSD. For price mentioned would probably want 32G, 1TB for Pro.

    As a one in all pc, iMac can never be near to mac studio. we can expect it to be at the level of mac book pros by performance. So it is acceptable if the price be somewhere around the price of mac book pros. we cannot say it should be mac studio plus studio display price wise.

    Don’t think an iMac is necessary. The MacMini & Mac Studio are enough.

    tbh, i would prefer to have a mac studio instead assuming thermals will be better since the hardware is separated from the monitor
