Good video but the only holdup for me is not having an Apple ID and password to do installation after accepting terms. I created one but it come back saying I haven't used it to purchase anything. The laptop was a gift from original owner. I don't want to ask her for her ID and password, that's tacky. I would donate it to Goodwill first. It looks practically new
