The lumbar support can be easily adjusted by hand while sitting, and the adjustment is precise. It’s a little too noticeable for my taste, but I tend to prefer reinforcements that others find uncomfortable, so most people will probably appreciate that it’s so subtle. You can also adjust the armrests for height and depth, and they can even swivel horizontally to three different positions. Finally, you can adjust the headrest, which is my only “but” on the quality of the chair. The system is somewhat rudimentary.
