I found an iPhone 15 Pro case for 100 yen including tax at Muji, and purchased it on August 25, 2026. After using it for about 10 days, I liked it so much that I bought a second one.
I would like to introduce a review that I feel can be used as my current main case, rather than thinking “I’ll try it because it’s 100 yen”.

I purchased the “Recycled TPU Smartphone Case” in dark gray. It was a local store that I usually go to, but on that day, only iPhone 15 Pro cases were on display.
There were three colors: white gray, dark gray, and orange, and I remember that there were about 10 of each. We were able to confirm that the price was 100 yen on the official website, but prices and stock status may vary depending on the store.
Texture that doesn’t make you feel cheap even at 100 yen

My first impression when I picked it up was that the texture was better than I expected. Most of my belongings are achromatic, so I really like the simple dark gray design.
Although the surface is smooth, there is a certain amount of grip when you hold it, and it does not feel slippery. Personally, the fit on the iPhone 15 Pro was perfect, and it looked and felt better than I expected from the price of 100 yen.
I switched because I was concerned about the yellowing of the clear case.
Up until now, I was a fan of clear cases and liked the fact that I could see the Apple logo on my iPhone, but since my hands sweat a lot, clear cases tend to show yellowing and dirt, which was a concern.
I also like the fact that this dark gray color doesn’t have the same yellowing that clear cases do. There is some sebum on the skin, but the surface is smooth and it doesn’t bother you if you wipe it.
After using it for about 10 days, I think it’s easier to use than before. This does not mean that it will never get dirty, but this is just my personal experience.

I also saw information on the internet that it is not compatible with MagSafe. When I tested it in my environment, I confirmed that MagSafe charging is possible with this case attached.
However, this is the result in the environment tested this time. Magnetic strength, alignment, and compatibility with all MagSafe accessories have not been verified, so we cannot officially declare that it is MagSafe compatible.
The only thing that bothered me was the difficulty of pressing the buttons.
What bothered me when I was using it were the buttons. There are times when it feels a little difficult to press.
It’s not something I would think would be fatal for everyday use, but for those who value ease of use, it may be something to check. As for long-term durability, it’s too early to judge after about 10 days of use.

I liked it so much that I bought another one in dark gray later. I think I might even buy another one to keep in stock. Despite the price of 100 yen, it has a simple design and a comfortable fit, and in my environment, I was able to charge MagSafe with the case on, which was better than I expected.
After using it for about 10 days, I feel that it is a good choice for everyday use, rather than being a compromise because it costs 100 yen. In particular, if you are concerned about the yellowing of clear cases or want to try a simple design at a low price, you may want to consider it when you find it at a store.
