IT House reported on September 1 that the technology media 9to5Mac published a blog post yesterday (August 31), reporting that after the autumn conference held in the early morning of September 10, Beijing time, with the launch of new products such as the iPhone 18 Pro, Apple may remove 11 devices from its official website.
Based on Apple’s product update rhythm over the years and integrating information from multiple sources, the media pointed out that after this conference, Apple’s official website may remove multiple products from the shelves, covering 4 iPhones, 2 Apple Watches, 2 AirPods, as well as Apple TV and two HomePods.

In terms of iPhone, with the release of iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max models, Apple’s official website will stop selling iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max in accordance with the changing rules over the years.
However, the arrangements for iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus are still unclear. Under normal circumstances, Apple will release the standard version of iPhone 18, lower the price of iPhone 17, and discontinue the production of iPhone 16 series.
However, many media said that the launch of the standard version of iPhone 18 and iPhone Air 2 may be delayed to early 2027. Therefore, Apple may continue to sell the iPhone 16 series, at least until the arrival of the iPhone 18 standard version.
