Next month is just around the corner, and Apple, as always on time, announced that it will hold a “surprise and sparkle” conference on September 9, at which time the company will not only releaseiPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max and will also release the highly anticipatediPhone Fold.
The Surprise Shine event will officially begin at 1 a.m. Pacific Time, and other products will also be unveiled one after another.
The biggest highlights of the September 9 conference are undoubtedly iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max and iPhone Fold. While Apple’s first foldable flagship isn’t expected to be a huge hit, its crease-free display is a feature that nearly everyone has been waiting for, and skeptics who want to give the device a thorough test.
These three flagship models will all be equipped with Apple’s first 2nm process SoC for smartphones—— A20 Pro. Although the M6 processor was released first,Mac mini with this new SoCIt won’t be available until September 22nd. Since the Surprise and Shine conference will focus on hardware products, there are many other product launches worth looking forward to.
For example, Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4 may be unveiled at this conference, as well as the long-rumored smart home center, the new Apple TV 4K, and the possible launch of HomePod mini. We also look forward to Apple announcing the release dates of its major software updates, such as iOS 27, iPadOS 27, macOS 27, etc.
Pre-orders for iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max are likely to open on Friday of the same week after the launch.
