For everyone getting their hopes up: I've read the installation guide for this app, and it says it can't be used to install games you don't own. So, if you try to install one, you'll get a padlock icon. Don't get your hopes up… this app is for you only if you're waiting for jailbreak but since you're firmware is no longer the latest you cant access PSN anymore and thus neither your digital games.
