In this tutorial, we walk through how to jailbreak ANY PSP model safely, including PSP 1000, 2000, 3000, Street, and PSP Go. This method works across all models using the same core process, with only minor differences for the PSP Go update file.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE YOU START
Update files must be renamed to EBOOT.PBP
Place update files inside the UPDATE folder
Always use the correct firmware file for your PSP model
Fully charge your PSP before updating to avoid bricking
If you’re already on 6.60 or 6.61, you can skip the update step
If CFW ever disappears, simply run Fast Recovery — this is normal behavior.
