In this BadUpdate 1.2 video I show how modding the Xbox 360 to use Aurora has never been easier. With just a USB drive and PC you can use BadBuilder and ABadAvatar to automatically hack the Xbox 360 every time its powered on. Plus a demo walkthrough of the Aurora dashboard and how I manage game backups and my HDD.

For everyone that it doesn't really work for.
Keep one account to auto sign in. Turn on your console and sign out. Then go to sign in page where you can select your avatar. Exploit should start immediately and work within 10 seconds.

i follwed you completely and the exploit wont trigger on the avatar nothing happens i tried to do the auto sign in with another profile sign out and then sign in and still doesnt trigger
BadAvatar is reliably auto-starting, but I still have to press Back once the XexUnshackle screen opens up. Aurora isn't downloading/displaying covers, but besides that, everything works great. I tried following MrMario2011's video 10 times and didn't get this far. Great video!

Is there a 32gb limit on the size of the USB or will 64gb size USBs work?
Guys i keep getting stuck at 7:00 because each time i do the exploit it freezes instandly at the sign in page and i dont know what i did wrong
could you just move all the files from the usb into the hdd then not need a usb to run the exploit?
when I try connecting to the internet it doesnt woerk at all it says test failed, I have tried putting "FALSE" on liveblock and livestrong and it goes throught and connects to the xbox and then it says fails to connect to xbox 360 live. How do I fix this i've been tryna mod this console for about 28 hours now, just about to buy one…

Why is it that the Badavatar and the files to delete and replace don't work when I'm supposed to automate BadUpdate? It doesn't automate, and when I have to launch Rock Band Blitz manually, it crashes all the time. But when I don't use the Badavatar, everything works correctly, but it's not automated.
abadavatar for me is working 1 on 10 times, abadupdate with rock band works everytime…strange
I'm going to try this i need it bad. My son is disabled and not having to put CD in is big plus.
