I need the processing power to run my Insta360x4 camera, so the 16E seems to be the one for me.
If you really need an iPhone just get a 14 Pro or 15 Pro, if not the OnePlus 13 is way better and if you cant afford that go for S24FE, S25FE(soon to launch) or OnePlus 13R all are far better than 16e, 16, and 16+
16e for me. Don't need the extra features. Apple need to try a little harder ..

Let’s face it not even Samsung can keep up hard pill or even pixels. It will sell millions because people love simplicity. Yes $100 cheaper be better but it will drop in time. My husband got the 16e yesterday. It’s so premium. Great camera and awesome loud and clear speaker. Totally better than the 16.
iPhone 16E is the worst deal very honestly! I currently own iPhone SE 2020 and the camera performance is same to 16E. I mean for what have they then increased the price? If you are paying such high price for technically the cheapest iPhone, I think you are getting a phone that deserves to be belong to 2020.
Basically you are just buying a 5 year old phone, and paying almost the price that can get you iPhone 15 / 16 !! Choose wisely really disappointed with this year's cheapest iPhone!!

ppl who are complaining just missed the train as in iPhone 16e its a bussinesphone.
Slightly pissed off, that when I ordered the iphone 16, on Jan 31, and picked up at store, bought case, charge adaptor, etc, on Feb 6, no mention of the 16e's existence was made to me. Don't think 16e was even on the apple website , at that time. I was looking to save money, as I need to buy a macbook air real soon also. I got over using my phone as a camera long ago, and a battery that holds a charge longer would have been nice. Apple must train their people to never mention things coming out so soon. I was led to believe the next phones would not be out for several months, which wasn't possible, with an obsolete iphone & tariffs looming in the US.
If you need a decent phone that is overpriced – buy the iPhone 16
If you need a bad phone that is overpriced – buy the iPhone 16e
