Note: if you’re monitor that automatically sets your resolution at recommended resolution, which is less than 1920×1080 resolution, then you may not be able to upgrade the resolution to 1920×1080 because your monitor does not actually support 1920×1080 resolution.
Even if you tried to forcefully change the screen resolution, then your display may become unreadable and unstable due to the downscaling needed to show items at that resolution on a screen that doesn’t support it. So, this video only for those, whose monitor actually support 1920×1080 or higher resolution.

My second monitor is old Television (no Full HD). Everything worked fine with my previous laptop (wich was not Full HD), but with my new Full HD laptop the quality is poor on tv monitor. The active signal mode on second display is 640×480 6 hz 6 bit. Whwen I click "all modes", I get two options: "640×480 true color (32 bit) 60 hz" and "1920×1080 true color (32 bit) 60hz". When I choose the latter one, it doesn't change the active signal mode. It remains in 640×480. I have AMD radeon Graphics.

none work for me i got an gforce 2060 super and a second monitor ASUS ProArt. But in this computer it only allows 1027×768
But on other computers work fine.
