Recently, news about OPPO’s new generation imaging flagship has been leaking out. Earlier, well-known tipster Digital Chat Station revealed that this new phone will be equipped with three 200-megapixel lenses on the back. Another industry tipster, Ice Universe, also recently confirmed this statement, which means that this flagship phone is very likely to have a major update in camera hardware!
It is understood that the wide-angle main lens, ultra-wide-angle lens and telephoto lens of OPPO Find X10 Pro Max will all use 200-megapixel sensor elements. The main lens will be equipped with Samsung’s new ISOCELL HPC sensor for the first time and support DeepPix technology, making it the first smartphone on the market equipped with this sensor. At the same time, this is also the first product in the industry to upgrade the ultra-wide-angle lens to the 200-megapixel level. Looking back at the current market development, although the previous generation OPPO Find X9 Ultra was already equipped with a dual 200-megapixel lens combination, the Find X10 Pro Max has further pushed the configuration to three 200-megapixel lenses, with quite advanced specifications.
In addition to three high-pixel main lenses, sources indicate that OPPO Find X10 Pro Max will also add a 3-megapixel multi-spectral sensor. It is worth mentioning that the manufacturer considered using a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens as an alternative during the research and development stage, but ultimately decided to use a 20-megapixel top-end specification.
As for the core hardware, this new phone, which is expected to be unveiled in October, is rumored to be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 9600 series chip using a 2nm process technology. In terms of screen configuration, the new phone is expected to provide a 6.78-inch 1.5K resolution LTPO screen or a 6.89-inch 2K resolution LTPO screen specification.
