According to foreign media reports, after a foreign player contacted HoYoverse, the developer of “Genshin Impact”, the reply he received was that the Pixel 11 series PowerVR GPU did not meet the minimum requirements of the game. Google only told foreign media: “We are currently working with our partner HoYoverse to solve this optimization problem on the Pixel 11 series, and it is expected to be fixed in the upcoming update of “Genshin Impact”.” In other words, Pixel 11 series users do not need to worry too much for the time being, as long as they wait for subsequent game updates.
However, some players have also raised questions about why only “Genshin Impact” has this problem, because another HoYoverse game “Zero” can run normally on the Pixel 11 series, which also makes the reason behind it more intriguing.
