Today (July 22), Samsung Galaxy Unpacked global launch event officially launched three new Galaxy Z series folding screen phones: Z Fold8, Z Fold8 Ultra and Z Flip8. Among them, Z Fold8 is equipped with a 4:3 main screen as expected, making it the industry’s first wide-screen large-discount product on the Android platform.
This Samsung Galaxy Unpacked conference, which focuses on folding screen mobile phones, launched three new folding screen mobile phones, Galaxy Z Fold8, Z Fold8 Ultra and Z Flip8, as expected.
Among them, Z Fold8 is confirmed to be equipped with a 4:3 main screen and a 16:10 external screen. It is also the first wide-screen folding device on the Android platform. It weighs only 201g and is extremely light. It is equipped with 50MP dual lenses and a 4,800mAh battery.
Upgrade to the Z Fold8 Ultra at a regular discount. After slimming down, it only weighs 215g, is 4.1mm thick on one side but has a 5,000mAh battery. It retains the 200MP main lens and telephoto lens, and the wide-angle lens is upgraded to 50MP for stronger photography.
The Z Flip8 is also slimmed down to only 180g, with a thickness of 6.1mm on one side. It has an upgraded 50MP lens to enhance the selfie experience. New versions of AI applications such as Now Brief and subsequent Gemini Intelligence will be available on the external screen.
Mobile Magazine’s short comment: Unlike the previous generation, the three Galaxy Z phones this time all use the Galaxy special version S8E Gen5 chip, and will be deeply integrated with Galaxy AI to bring a cutting-edge artificial intelligence experience.
