Among Samsung’s new-generation Galaxy Z series foldable phones, which will be unveiled at the Galaxy Unpacked conference on July 22 (Wednesday), the much-anticipated wide-folding screen Galaxy Z Fold8 phone has been rumored recently that the brand has increased its expectations for the new model and plans to produce more than other models in the same series.
Tipster Ice Universe revealed on Weibo that Samsung had earlier adjusted its Galaxy Z series sales strategy and increased the planned production of the Z Fold8 wide-folding screen to 2.8 million units, surpassing the other two products in the same series.

It is revealed that in the first three months, the brand has maintained the same production ratio of the Z Fold8 wide-folding screen and the regular large-folding Z Fold8 Ultra, but the change will be significantly higher than that of Ultra (2 million) and Flip8 (1.5 million).
Mobile Magazine’s short comment: Although the Z Fold8’s wide-folding screen is not positioned as a flagship model, leaked information shows that Samsung seems to be more confident in its market performance than the original version with a heavy discount, and we can look forward to the performance of the device experience.
