Apple has taken the lead in announcing the winners of the 2026 Apple Design Awards ahead of the WWDC 2026 Developer Conference next week. A total of 12 apps and games have been officially certified as the strongest of the year. They are masterpieces that iPhone and iPad users cannot miss.
The winning works were selected from 36 groups of global finalists. The Apple Design Awards cover a total of 6 categories, including Fun Experience, Diversity and Inclusion, Innovative Thinking, Interactive Communication, Social Impact, and Visual Arts. One app and one game will be selected for each category.
Fun experience category
App: “grug”
Developer: Ocho (Netherlands)
