Xiaomi Hong Kong announced the launch of 8 new ecosystem products, covering smart watches, wireless headphones and smart life appliances, including Xiaomi Watch S5 46mm, Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro, Xiaomi Buds 6, REDMI Watch 6, REDMI Buds 8, REDMI over-ear headphones Neo, as well as Xiaomi Sound Play and Mijia dual-track sweeping vibration electric toothbrush Pro. The official also launched a violet color scheme called Violet Collection for the Xiaomi 17T series, Xiaomi Buds 6 and Xiaomi Sound Play, providing the market with more choices.
In terms of smart wearable products, Xiaomi Watch S5 46mm is equipped with a 1.48-inch AMOLED screen with a peak brightness of 2,500nit, a body weight of 46g, and a thickness of 10.99mm. The watch has a built-in 815mAh battery with 21 days of battery life in light use mode. It is equipped with 4 LED plus 4 PD heart rate sensors and dual-frequency five-system GNSS positioning to improve the accuracy of outdoor sports and health data tracking.
Another Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro is equipped with a 1.74-inch AMOLED screen, the body thickness remains at 9.7mm, and the weight is 21.6g. The bracelet supports more than 150 exercise modes and cooperates with menstrual tracking program Clue to provide female users with advanced health analysis data. Also on the show is the REDMI Watch 6, which is equipped with a 2.07-inch always-bright screen with a screen-to-body ratio of 82% and a built-in 5000mAh battery that can be used for 24 days in extended battery life mode.
In the audio product sector, the new generation of semi-in-ear headphones Xiaomi Buds 6 uses an 11mm three-magnetic dynamic driver unit and a 24k gold-coated diaphragm. It is tuned by the Harman Golden Ear team and supports Qualcomm aptX Lossless audio and up to 95dB AI noise reduction technology. The REDMI series has launched two headphones. The REDMI Buds 8 provide 50dB hybrid active noise reduction and can last up to 44 hours with the charging box; while the REDMI over-ear headphones Neo have built-in 40mm dynamic units and are Hi-Res certified, with 42dB active noise reduction and up to 72 hours of playback time.
The smart life category brings the Xiaomi Sound Play Bluetooth speaker and the Mijia dual-track sweeping vibration electric toothbrush Pro. Xiaomi Sound Play has IP68 dustproof and waterproof specifications, a built-in 18W sound engine and supports Auracast technology, and can be connected to up to 100 speakers of the same model simultaneously. The Mijia Dual-Rail Sweeping Vibration Electric Toothbrush Pro uses a servo power drive system, supports 60-degree wide-angle swing, and has a built-in 2600mAh battery with a battery life of up to 180 days in gentle mode.
The above-mentioned new products will be officially launched on May 29 at all Xiaomi Homes, Xiaomi’s official website and major retailers in Hong Kong. In terms of price, Xiaomi Watch S5 46mm starts at $1199; Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro is priced at $499; Xiaomi Buds 6 is priced at $759; REDMI Watch 6 is priced at $649; REDMI Buds 8 and over-ear headphones Neo are priced at $299 and $369 respectively. The suggested retail prices of Xiaomi Sound Play and Mijia Dual-Rail Sweeping Vibration Electric Toothbrush Pro are $269 and $339 respectively.
