Xiaomi will officially launch the new Xiaomi 17T and Xiaomi 17T Pro on the 28th of this month, and the standard version will also be launched in the Indian market next month. However, before the products are officially unveiled, the specifications and pricing of these two new machines have been leaked on the retailer website in Saudi Arabia in advance, allowing the outside world to take the lead in understanding the hardware details of this new series!
In terms of pricing, according to information from Saudi Arabian retailers, Xiaomi 17T is available in two storage capacity versions. The 256GB version is priced at 2,199 Saudi Riyals, equivalent to approximately US$587; while the 512GB version is priced at 2,599 Saudi Riyals (equivalent to approximately HK$5,413). As for the higher-positioned Xiaomi 17T Pro, it currently only offers a single capacity option of 512GB, priced at 3,299 Saudi Riyals (equivalent to approximately HK$6,879). Due to differences in tax rates and market strategies in various regions, the above prices are for reference only, and the actual selling prices still need to wait for official announcement.
In terms of hardware specifications, Xiaomi 17T is expected to be available in three body color options: black, purple and white. The front of the phone will use a 6.59-inch display (1280 x 2772) and support a 120Hz screen refresh rate. In terms of processor, the machine will be equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 8500 chipset and built-in 12GB RAM. In terms of shooting capabilities, the rear lens module consists of two 50-megapixel lenses and a 12-megapixel lens, while the front is equipped with a 32-megapixel selfie lens. In addition, the phone has a built-in 6500mAh battery and supports 67W wired fast charging technology.
As for the high-end version of Xiaomi 17T Pro, the body color options are dark blue and dark purple. The screen size has been further increased to 6.83 inches (1280 x 2772), but the screen refresh rate has been upgraded to a higher 144Hz. In terms of core hardware configuration, the machine will be equipped with a more powerful MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and 12GB RAM. Although the camera specifications are the same as the standard version, using a three-lens combination of 50 million plus 50 million and 12 million, as well as a 32 million front lens, the battery life performance is greatly enhanced. Xiaomi 17T Pro will be equipped with a battery of up to 7000mAh and support both 100W wired fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging, providing longer-lasting power support for heavy users.
