Anker held a new product launch conference at its Shenzhen headquarters today, announcing the launch of new active noise-canceling Bluetooth headsets Liberty 5 Pro Max and Liberty 5 Pro. These two new products feature call noise reduction technology and have successfully obtained the Guinness World Record certification for “Best Call Quality of TWS Headsets in the World”. The Hong Kong general agent confirmed that this series of new works will be introduced to the Hong Kong market in early June.
The core technology of this Liberty 5 Pro series is equipped with the AI audio chip Thus A1, which Anker and Zhicun Technology jointly developed over three years. This chip adopts a memory computing (integrated storage and calculation) architecture to increase the computing power to 5G FLOPS. Compared with the performance of traditional Bluetooth chips of about 30M FLOPS, the computing power jumps up to 150 times.
With this technology upgrade, the headphones can stably run a trillion-level AI noise reduction model while maintaining low power consumption. In practical applications, Thus A1 changes the traditional processing logic of filtering noise and instead directly extracts and retains the speaker’s voice. Even in the face of sudden noise in a noisy subway or restaurant, the two parties can maintain clear voice communication.

The higher-positioned Liberty 5 Pro Max further extends AI applications to daily efficiency management. The headset has a built-in “AI Notes” function, which can automatically convert conversation content into text summaries and to-do items, making it easier for users to follow up afterward.
In terms of design, the body is equipped with a 1.78-inch AMOLED touch screen. Users can switch the noise reduction intensity directly on the screen, and can also use the built-in AI translation function. This feature supports face-to-face and real-time translation in up to 100 languages, with an officially advertised accuracy of up to 97%, making cross-language communication more convenient. As for the standard version of Liberty 5 Pro, it focuses on improving call noise reduction performance, and its effect is twice that of the previous generation flagship Liberty 4 Pro.
In terms of sound quality processing, both headphones have built-in HearID 5.0 personalized tuning technology, which will instantly calibrate the audio output according to the user’s listening preferences. The system is also equipped with a real-time sound quality enhancement model that can dynamically identify and compensate for mid- and high-frequency details that are easily lost in compressed audio, thereby improving the clarity of musical instruments and vocals.
In terms of operating experience, the headset supports more than 20 real-time voice commands. Commands such as switching songs or adjusting volume can be executed locally without a wake-up word, and are not limited to mobile operating systems or music applications. In terms of battery life, the earphones can be used for 12 hours on a single charge, and the total battery life with the charging box can reach 50 hours, which is enough to meet the needs of long-distance travel.
In terms of pricing, the Hong Kong suggested retail price of Anker Liberty 5 Pro Max is $1,799, while the Liberty 5 Pro is priced at $1,299. The two headphones are expected to go on sale simultaneously in major online and offline retail channels in early June.
