This release is expected to bring three models: Pura 90, Pura 90 Pro and the flagship Pura 90 Pro Max. It is rumored that the Aurora color of the P20 series will appear on the Pura 90 series again!
In terms of appearance design, the Pura 90 series retains the iconic triangular camera module, but there are surprises in the color processing of the body.
The market revealed that the new phone will re-use the gradient color matching process that was once popular. Back in 2018, Huawei’s P20 series successfully pioneered the gradient color of mobile phones with its aurora color and cherry pink gold inspired by Monet’s famous painting “Sunrise”. Eight years later, the Pura 90 series once again uses modern coating technology to interpret the flowing texture of light and shadow, allowing the body to present a rich visual layering when illuminated by light from different angles.
In terms of specifications, all models will adopt a straight-screen format, which is undoubtedly good news for straight-screen supporters who prefer operating feel and compatibility with protective stickers. In terms of screen size, the standard version of Pura 90 uses a 6.58-inch screen, while the top-of-the-line Pro Max version is equipped with a 6.87-inch large screen. The entire series supports 1.5K resolution, and with a right-angled metal middle frame, the overall body lines are tougher and neater, and the grip feels more solid. In terms of core performance, the new machine will be equipped with the newly developed Kirin 9030 Pro chip to ensure performance in high-load image processing and daily use.
As the imaging flagship, the Pura 90 series has made significant upgrades in the camera system.
