Mark Gurman bluntly stated on personal X (original Twitter) that this may be the reason why the iPhone 17 Pro series did not launch black. Looking back on history, the “scratch door” incident broke out in the iPhone 5 in 2012.
Apple has not responded to this matter yet. Netizens are divided into two factions.
