The HUAWEI Nova 14 series has officially arrived in the global market! This time, the international version only launches two models, the standard version and the Pro version. The new series not only brings a number of hardware upgrades, but also preloads the new EMUI 15 operating system for the first time. Compared with the domestic HarmonyOS 5.0, it is more suitable for the international market.
The international version of Nova 14 standard version offers three colors: Crystal Blue, Pure White and Obsidian Black. The back of the body adopts the same Rococo-style texture as the P60 Pro, and is paired with the iconic star ring lens design. The unique circular lens module is embedded in the capsule frame, and the dual LED flash is symmetrically distributed, making the overall design both exquisite and recognizable. The body size is 161.73 x 75.48 x 7.18 mm and weighs only 192g, which takes into account both feel and portability.
The display uses a 6.7-inch OLED screen, which supports 1.07 billion color display, FHD+ (2412 x 1084), 120Hz intelligent refresh rate and 300Hz touch sampling rate. It is worth noting that the standard version preloads the EMUI 14.2 system, adding a number of interactive themes, intelligent control buttons and enhanced security functions. Storage configurations are available in 256GB and 512GB versions.
Shooting is a highlight. The machine is equipped with a 50-megapixel main lens + 12-megapixel RYYB telephoto portrait lens (supports 3x optical zoom + OIS optical anti-hand shock + AI image stability) + 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle macro lens and 50-megapixel selfie lens. In terms of battery, it has a built-in 5500mAh capacity battery and supports 100W super fast charging technology.
As for the Nova 14 Pro version, it comes with four color schemes, namely Crystal Blue, Sakura Pink, Pure White and Obsidian Black. Although the design is consistent with the standard version, the body size is slightly larger (163.4 x 75 x 7.78 mm) and weighs 207g. The Pro version uses a 6.78-inch OLED screen. In addition to maintaining a 120Hz refresh rate and a 300Hz touch sampling rate, the resolution is increased to 2776 x 1224, and the peak brightness is as high as 1200 nit, which has a better display effect.
Nova 14 Pro preloads the new EMUI 15.0 system, introducing a number of innovative features including Air Hoops dynamic themes, Emoji Crush interactive games, smart assistants, AI gesture control, AI smart messages and AI noise-reduction calling technology. Storage space is also available in 256GB and 512GB options.
As for shooting, the Nova 14 Pro is equipped with a 50-megapixel RYYB variable aperture main lens + 12-megapixel RYYB telephoto portrait lens + 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens + 1.5-megapixel multi-spectral sensor and 50-megapixel portrait lens + 8-megapixel close-up portrait dual lens. The battery is also equipped with 5500mAh and 100W super fast charging.
