iOS 27 is one day away. Apple said the public update is Monday, September 14. Developers have already had the release candidate since September 9. The RC build number is 24A435.
What is already out
Apple posted iOS 27.0 RC and iPadOS 27.0 RC on the developer releases page on September 9. Both use build 24A435. The same day, Apple also seeded macOS 27.0 RC (26A428), watchOS 27.0 RC (24R363), visionOS 27.0 RC (24M362) and tvOS 27.0 RC (24J360).
If you are on the developer or public beta profile, the RC shows up under Settings, then General, then Software Update. Apple has not said that 24A435 is the exact build everyone gets on Monday. If a last-minute bug appears, a new build can still replace it.
Who gets iOS 27 on Monday
Apple says iOS 27 uses the same iPhone list as iOS 26. That means iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max, and iPhone SE (2nd generation and later), plus every iPhone after that. iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max go on sale Friday, September 18, so those units should arrive with iOS 27 already installed.
iPadOS 27, macOS 27, watchOS 27 and visionOS 27 are also dated September 14. Apple has not published a clock time for any of them.
How to install on Monday
Back up first, either to a Mac/PC or to iCloud. Then open Settings, then General, then Software Update. Keep the iPhone on Wi-Fi and on charge. Apple has not listed a download size.
Siri AI ships in iOS 27 as a beta, on iPhone 15 Pro and newer, English only at launch. That is separate from the system update itself. Older supported iPhones still get iOS 27. They just do not get Siri AI on day one.
