Step 1 – Install IPA Environment
Open Safari – Go to appleJR.net
Tap Scarlet – Install AppleJR DNS
Go to Settings – General – VPN & Device Management
Install AppleJR profile
Step 2 – Install DLIPA Tool
Download DLIPA IPA from GitHub
Return to appleJR Signer
Tap Upload IPA – Select DLIPA file
Choose the latest certificate
Tap Sign IPA – Then Install IPA
Go to Settings – Trust developer certificate
Restart device if prompted
Step 3 – Downgrade the App
Open DLIPA
Go to Accounts – Log in with Apple ID
Search for the app (e.g. YouTube)
Tap History Versions
Download the version you want
Go to Downloads – Tap Install
Follow prompts to complete installation
After setup:
Go to Settings – General – About
Open Certificate Trust Settings
Enable DLIPA CA
Return to app and finish installation
