We’ve all experienced accidentally letting our earbuds get flooded by water. I designed this synth track specifically for helping remove water from earbud, headphone, AirPod, and EarPod speakers. It uses very deep tones mixed with medium and high pitches to create vibrations in the earbuds that will help expel water. Make sure to turn the volume up high (3/4ish) so that it is able to give the best chance of restoring your headphone speakers. I had to upload it a little quieter so the bass tones would not max out. I don’t recommend listening to it as it plays, it might give you a headache. Don’t worry, you should be hearing distortion and clicks from the speakers, especially during very deep bass sections.
I actually tested this sound on real headphones. They were Apple EarPods. I submerged one headphone in water and moved it around to get it as flooded as possible. I then dried the earbud off and started playing this sound through it. At first, it produced almost no sound. Only faint bass was audible. As I let the sound play though, they progressively got better. The bass first came back and then was followed by higher pitched tones. After about 7 minutes the EarPod was back to original working order. I gave it light taps and shakes as well occasionally.
The sooner you use this sound on water logged headphones the better. You want to get as much water off the actual speakers before it dries and possibly causes damage. It might not work in every situation but it’s worth a try, maybe it will save you from having to buy new headphones! I hope it helps!

Didn't think this would work tbh. But I tried it, and my right earbud is already going back to original sound. Still a bit softer than the other but much better than it was. So I'm going for another round ❤️
It's so good that whenever my earpods fall into smth dirty I just soak them up and use this sound😂(at least for 7 minutes)

it worked!! thank you so much, it hasn't even been 2 weeks since i bought my dream earbuds, the JBL Tune Flex ANC wireless earbuds, after using my Sony WF-XB700 earbuds for almost 5 years, one stopped working so i was eyeing these for over a month, i just dropped one in the toilet (with urine) i panicked so much i put my hand INSIDE the toilet with urine still inside it, pulled it out, cleaned it and COULDN'T HEAR ANYTHING, i started washing it with water lol, used your sound and IT WORKED, no sound difference, regained 100% of its volume, obviously there will be damage such as corrosion because urine contains salt, but atleast it works for now. Thank you so mich! Saved the day!!
