    As a loyal Apple customer residing in Jammu, India, and an owner of all their ecosystem products, I wholeheartedly endorse its superior device usability compared to other brands. However, unfortunately, the service quality falls short of expectations. The service centers, while licensed, lack the operational expertise and customer service to meet Apple’s standards. Even when seeking repairs at these centers, the experience is often disappointing, with inadequate service and limited repair options. Consequently, I am currently pursuing legal action against Apple in the hope of recovering compensation for the emotional and financial losses I have incurred.

    Apple products have plateaued.
    Introducing the iPods, and then the iPhone were super special moments to live through. But these last 5 years or so, I haven’t felt any real experience of true innovation. Maybe apple is unable to innovate on the same level without Steve?

    Mr. Cook worked at IBM in the PC business before moving to Apple. It is a company built on Job's proposition, documented on video, that stealing is a good thing to be admired. That is a large factor in it's success in the retail market. That along with great marketing and price/processing fleecing customers has enabled its financial success. They are big in US cell phone but not a winner in Asian and Euro markets. Nor has it been ahead of several others in introducing its key cell phone and smart phone products, which combined produce about 60% of their revenue and in a market destined to decline. Give technology credit to pioneers going back to early 1900 and during the two world wars. then late century credit Motorola, IBM, Nokia, Samsung and many other product and component manufacturers for creating the backbone of open technologies that were easily preyed upon or purchased. One current example is the AI Phone. By this label they want to imply they are developers of AI which is patently false. In their ad they use the term "generative" relating to AI which is way beyond their capabilities. Unfortunately they are not the only ones abusing the varied concepts of AI. Apple is not leading edge across the complex spectrum of IT, unless one thinks that selling streaming movies is hi tech..

    You say that accessibility is important to Apple but over the last several years it seems that the more problems you fix the more you create. An example that comes to the forefront is this latest update where the latest Apple doesn’t properly sunk with my iPhone 15 model along with other voiceover issues and though such issues have to Apple within 24 hrs we’re still waiting for a fix.

    In a article I read that Tim said I quote “ AI is good for humanity”😮🤨🤔🤔!! AI is Good?!? 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️!! I dread to think the thinking behind that statement!     He should be forced to imagine life without apple because he has already ruined it. Apple isn't innovative anymore. They are always dead last. And they don't try to come out with something to solve a problem or make something better. Just these tiny little useless updates to sell a new version of a product or the most units of somethings. It is so laughable. Their slogan used to be think different. Yeah I'm thinking different. I'm gonna go back to an android and a pc where they tell you EXACTLY what you are getting instead of just saying "well you're getting more cores and it works slightly faster than the one we overcharged you for last year."
