I’m glad the apple was able to make their own silicon for there devices so they are able to build the software specifically for those ships which made it very efficient yet very fast. And I love it. Trust me I’ve bought many products fro Apple with these chips 😊

This is all very well, but the 256 GB M2 is a lesser device because the storage is a single module whereas the M1 and M3 in 256 GB consist of a pair of 128 GB modules. This means read and write speeds on the 256 GB M2 are near enough to half those of the M1 and M3 versions.
