M1 MAX 64gb 1TB – 1600$ or M4 PRO 48GB 512GB – 2550$ ? What is the better choice? 3 windows browser (20-30 tabs), PS, Figma, browsing.
M1 max is faster because of the bandwidth, m4 pro seems more like sn upgrade on cpu side
Why not just fix the Whisper UI and then redo the video lol

Thinking about getting an used Macbook Pro M1 Max with 64gb ram and 1 TB Ssd for around 1200€ instead of a new Macbook Pro M4 which starts at 2,5k € with 24GB Ram. What do you think?

I feel like for this use case more cores are better than the faster cores because in terms of raw performance and 3d rendering M4 Pro is faster
