   I think by me is heating pump dead, cause he makes bubbles but dont want to heat water. What to do? Help. This is first time that happens

   I found the outgoing filter pipe through the tub wall had collapsed in on itself slightly.. Think that combined with a slightly dirty filter caused E02 for mine.
   Have blasted it all through with a hose and carefully put some 15mm copper pipe inside the outgoing pipe to hold it open again. I will be waiting with trepidation to see if it sorts out..

   This helped me out, thank you. I have the Florence which is a 6 person tub. We got this E02 error after it's FIRST use, but cleaning the filter seems to have done the job, so it's obviously fussy. We did use it for a fair while first go. Thanks for the extra tips as well.

    Good shit, my filter was the issue. Very surprised how dirty it was from only 3 uses!

    Mine is over 3 years old. Lots of use. No use over summer, lots of slime build up. E02 error would not stop after simple cleaning. Almost threw it away and bought a whole new one. I had to disassemble entire unit and remove the pump. Not too difficult. Required a very long and slim phillips head screw driver. Deep cleaned the pump, found nothing broken. Reassembled everything. Deep cleaned the hot tub. Brand new filter. Filled back up with fresh water. It is working fine now. Hoping it will last the entire winter here in Florida. Cannot find a replacement pump online. Cannot buy just the electrical/heat unit by itself. Fingers crossed. I think brand new clean filter and very clean water are a must.

    I will never buy another one! E02 error message a month after warranty period. Bought another spa, unfixable E02 after 14 months. Piece of junk.

    It seems that when you are experiencing error 02 problem, the basic reason is dirty filter. I tried to clean the current filter but it did not help. When I grabbed the brand new one, the issue disappeared🤗

    Thank you for your tutorial. When I press the bubble button, the jets are not pushing out air. I noticed twice the error E02. I reset it but I comes again. Then, the air jets do not blow air. I hear the pump. But no bubble
    Inside the spa. Any ideas please??

    Just got E02 on our Lazy Spa Milan, after 2 years from new. Have changed to a new filter I was recycling 5 or 6 before – fingers crossed !

    Thank you our Lay-Z-SPA was indicating the error code E02 for a few days and we did not think that there was a problem with the pump but after changing the filter with a new one, the problem is resolved. Good initiative on your part for making this video. It will help a lot of people this summer!
    
    However, we clean our filters but apparently there must have been too much greasy material in the filters which cannot be seen with the naked eye and it is probably because of that.

    Mine looks exactly like this one except does not have a reset button on the pump, there is one on the electric cable, back side of 3 prongs. Unfortunately nothing has fixed mine. Filter was clean when it quit working so im guessing its the pump. Haven't even had it a year and a half yet so thats pretty lame. I guess now i need to find out if i should try replacing a part or just get a whole new pump unit…
