Are these the 14 or 16inch version? I bought the 14 inch version of the M5 max and ready in the Media that thermal throttling is a serious concerns.

I have a 16" M4 Max and it's seriously powerful. I don't think I need to upgrade.
It seems to heat up the most if I run LM studio with a fairly large model (given available memory) and ask it to do something that takes several minutes. It gets the hottest on the bottom near where the fans blow out in the back.
Very impressive laptop and seems very well made. I hope it lasts a few years because it was rather pricey.

No one is talking about m5 pro chip SSD speedtest. Everyone is making videos on m5 chip or m5 max chip SSD speedtest. I think Matt has to come up with the m5 pro chip SSD speedtest.
I want 5090 or even 5080 mobile level gaming performance. Don’t care about ai or creative workloads at all. Until then windows it is.
