How much noise does it make when writing with a pen, is there a decibel range or is it suitable for working in the library?
Just loaded iPadOS 26 today… So far so nice but only a couple hours playing yet
The only problem is battery life nd not having oled or 120hz display

When i update my ipad in ios 18.7 may app store don't work
Once update ios26 which changes everything
Safe to buy this now or is the next regular iPad out soon?

How about the battery, does it have a good battery life ?
I steer clear of using an iPad for two main reasons. First, our household shares a single tablet, and since iPadOS doesn’t support multiple user profiles, everyone’s stuck in the same environment. Second, HDMI mirroring to a TV never fills the entire screen, which makes for a pretty underwhelming viewing experience.
That said, I do envy how consistently Apple rolls out software updates across all devices. It’s one area where Samsung falls short—today’s Ultra quickly feels like yesterday’s tech once the next flagship drops.
With stage manager, how many seperate stages can you have and I am assuming your can have only 4 in each right? Also with stage manager on, does it always show on the side or can that be hidden?
I'd wager that this is the best computing option for most people. It handles "normal" office tasks with ease, while being super fun for photo and light video editing, reading, content consumption. Combine it with a slim case and a BT keyboard and mouse (and pen if you like) and you have a super versatile and light setup. No need for the expensive Apple accessories.
im experience some crashing and lag issue with this update i hope they can fixed this in other upcoming updates

I got A16 post your 1st video about it, Its been great home central console for media. I am a macbook pro user anyway, so needed something light and easy for hands. iPad OS also has greatly evolved over the years.
I wished to go with either m1 64gb refurb for better screen or this a16 128, went with newer device and extra storage, 64gb m1 would be like a ferrari but limited by storage. No apple product in 2025 has 64 gigs.
I’m a Samsung guy but have the A16. It is slick, affordable and runs well, but find there are too many gestures and swipes to accomplish simple tasks on iPad OS.
