I was trying to download only the dynamic island for my iphone 12 mini, and it worked. When i tried to install apple intelligence, my face id broke so i turned back to normal. But if i have the dynamic island only i have the face id broken no matter what i do. How am i suppose to fix this issue?

Bro mine is already working but i accidentaly turned my iphone language to my country language but when i try to get to english again, my APPLE Ai is not working anymore but there is a toggle button for the apple ai, and it says “APPLE AI still downloading” i have download it all to 100% but it isnt working please fix it🙏
