According to the latest data released by the municipal research agency, the ranking of the top 20 mobile phone sales in Taiwan in February has been revealed, and this month has undergone drastic changes! Although Apple’s iPhone 16 is still firmly in the sales champion, it faces the strong challenge of Samsung’s Galaxy S25 series flagship phones below.
Apple’s sales are still strong this month, and five of the top six were won by the iPhone 16 series, and the iPhone 16 Pro 256GB and iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB are firmly ranked first and second in Taiwan sales. The remaining iPhone 16 128GB, iPhone 16 Pro 128GB and iPhone 16 256GB are ranked 4th to 6th. It is worth noting that Apple’s iPhone 16e 128GB was sold for only one day in February, and its sales volume reached 16th place, and it is expected to challenge a higher ranking next month.
It is Samsung that strongly challenged Apple. Its hot-selling Galaxy A55 8GB/256GB has become the high-CP value machine for most consumers at a price of 10,000 yuan, and the sales volume is ranked third. The Galaxy S25 Ultra, which will be launched this month, is also coming in full force. The 256GB and 512GB versions are ranked eighth and ninth respectively. Even the Galaxy S25+ 256GB version has also entered the 19th place. It is rare to see that there are many flagships on the Android camp on the list at the same time, which shows the popularity of the Samsung Galaxy S series.
Apart from the two major brands Apple and Samsung, only OPPO is the only one who is on the list. A3 Pro ranks 10th, A3x ranked 12th and 20th respectively, with A3 Pro, mainly focusing on civilian models below 10,000 yuan.
