Sony Xperia 10 VIII
Sony announced that the new Xperia 10 VIII will be officially launched in Taiwan on September 15. The new Xperia 10 VIII continues the lightweight positioning of the Xperia 10 series. It weighs only 168 grams and is equipped with a 6.1-inch screen. It also adds a “points and payment” shortcut menu. Users can quickly open commonly used apps such as mobile payment and membership point collection by double-pressing the power button, further simplifying daily operations. Xperia 10 VIII is priced at 19,900 yuan.
Xperia 10 VIII also introduces AI functions such as Google Gemini, circle search and Ask Photos, and retains the physical shutter button. The battery features a battery life of up to 2 days on a single charge and a long-lasting battery design. The hardware is equipped with 8GB of RAM, and can be increased by up to 6GB through virtual memory.
In terms of storage and communication, the Xperia 10 series adds eSIM for the first time, while retaining the microSD memory card expansion function, supporting up to 2TB. It also maintains a 3.5mm headphone jack, allowing users to directly connect traditional wired headphones.

The audio and video performance has also been upgraded. Sony pointed out that the screen brightness of the new phone is about 50% higher than that of the previous generation. The dual front stereo speakers enhance the bass performance. The overall volume is increased by about 15% and the bass is enhanced by more than 30%, enhancing the audio and video entertainment experience.
The exterior adopts a translucent foggy design and is available in three colors: snow white, first frost gray and misty purple. In addition, Sony has also collaborated with Hello Kitty to launch a limited edition, which comes with a co-branded cross-body bag and a tote bag.
