Google released a number of new products at once. In addition to the four Pixel 11 series mobile phones, it also brought the Pixel Watch 5 smart watch, Pixel Buds Pro 2 earphones in a new olive green color, and the first-ever Bluetooth anti-lost device Pixel Tag. The Pixel 11 series continues with four models, including Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL and Pixel 11 Pro Fold, all equipped with Tensor G6 chips. Google emphasized that the new chips are specially designed for advanced AI applications and can increase performance computing by up to 50%. The entire series has also introduced Gemini Intelligence to further enhance cross-App capabilities. For example, you can ask Gemini to find tourist attraction recommendations sent by friends from Gmail, and then mark them directly on Google Maps.
Pixel 11 Pro and Pixel 11 Pro XL also add “HiLight” lighting effects to the back of the phone for the first time. When the phone is placed face down on the table, HiLight will light up as a soft light reminder when an important contact calls you or you have a conversation with Gemini.
In terms of cameras, in addition to improvements in some lens hardware, telephoto shooting capabilities have also been further enhanced. Pixel 11 Pro and Pixel 11 Pro XL combine software calculations to achieve professional zoom up to 120x, and also include anti-shake recording functions. In addition, all four camera models have added new functions such as one-click capture, camera style and creative mode to enrich the shooting gameplay. Pixel Watch 5 is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 Gen 2 accelerated version chip and Cortex-M55 auxiliary processor, supports satellite SOS communication, and also has built-in Gemini Intelligence. Pixel Watch 5 emphasizes more comprehensive fitness and health functions, including the introduction of advanced strength training, customized fitness planning and other functions. It also provides tracking blood pressure trends, tracking insulin resistance trends and sleep breathing quality trends. However, these new features are not expected to be launched through updates until September. According to the official website, these new features will also be transferred to some older Pixel Watch models. Pixel Watch 5 is available in 41mm and 45mm sizes, starting at 12,990 and 13,990 yuan.

Google also launched its first Bluetooth anti-lost device Pixel Tag for the first time. It has an oblong design, weighs only 11.8 grams, and is IP67 dustproof and waterproof. It supports Bluetooth channel detection and ultra-wideband precise search technology, but it needs to be used with Android 9 or above and Bluetooth 6.0 or above devices. Pixel Tag costs NT$999 per unit and NT$3,399 for a set of four. It is expected to be launched in Taiwan in November.

There are no new models of headphones this time. The main reason is that Pixel Buds Pro 2 has a new olive green color. However, Google has lowered the price of Pixel Buds Pro 2 from 7,490 yuan to 5,590 yuan, which is 1,900 yuan cheaper at once. It is not sure whether it is a limited time or permanent price reduction. Pixel Buds Pro 2 will also receive a firmware update that can optimize the active noise reduction function based on how the headphones are worn in the ears. The update is expected to be released in September.
