Earlier, DJI released a new gimbal camera in Hong Kong, the Osmo Pocket 4P, which was immediately sold out, proving the strong demand in the relevant market. The HONOR ROBOT PHONE, the industry’s first gimbal camera to be launched at the earliest, has recently been exposed.
The tipster “Digital Chat Station” revealed that the HONOR ROBOT PHONE mobile phone is expected to be released as soon as August. The main lens uses a 23mm focal length 200MP F1.6 4D gimbal main lens, and its performance is highly anticipated.
It is expected that the mobile phone will have a three-camera module with a 50MP wide-angle and a 200MP periscope telephoto. At the same time, ARRI imaging technology will be added, and the overall shooting performance will be better than traditional gimbal cameras.
Other HONOR ROBOT PHONE configurations include an 8E5 chip, a 6.3-6.4-inch 1.5K quadrilateral straight screen, etc. However, what is interesting is that the device seems to still retain a perforated front lens on the screen, perhaps to ensure shooting flexibility.
Mobile Magazine’s short comment: HONOR ROBOT PHONE using ARRI imaging technology can be regarded as an important reference for the performance of the Magic9 series cameras; however, judging from the configuration, the product price is estimated to be high.
