Vivo officially released a new generation of foldable phone X Fold6. The biggest highlight is that it can be used with the vivo Zeiss teleconverter G2, which is expected to become the most powerful telephoto folding phone on the market.
In addition to the external teleconverter, the lens specifications of X Fold6 itself are also quite luxurious. The rear triple camera uses a 200-megapixel Zeiss main lens, paired with a 50-megapixel Zeiss APO telephoto and a 50-megapixel Zeiss ultra-wide-angle lens to meet different shooting needs.

The price of vivo X Fold6 in China starts at RMB 7,999 (approximately NT$37,500), and the entry-level version is 12GB+256GB. Officials have not yet announced plans to launch in Taiwan.

Following the vivo X Fold6, Samsung’s new folding phone is expected to debut in July. Rumors indicate that wide folding models will be added this year. There will be three new models in the lineup, including Z Fold8 Ultra, Z Fold8 and Z Flip8. It is reported that Apple will launch its first foldable iPhone in September, which may be named iPhone Ultra. By then, the entire folding phone battlefield will inevitably become more intense.
