I did all the steps but why do I have a male voice?
To avoid the music being louder than the voice and the lagging of it towards the end I set an alarm with no ringtone, added a 10 sec. "wait" in the beginning of the shortcut and right after I added: "Play (Whatever song you want)"
So it will play the song after 10 seconds and it'll start reading the text too in a perfect volume. After running the shortcut you'd just have to pause the song and that's it.

How do I change the voice
For for music not playing – delete the “set media volume” section
What accent is yours set to?
Why mine is lagging?
The voice he’s using is “English (United Kingdom): Siri Voice 1” with the pitch slider set around 3.5
If you don’t see that option in the shortcuts voices, you need to enable first:
Open iPhone settings > Siri & Search > Siri Voice > select ‘British’ > select ‘Voice 1’
Once downloaded, go back to Shortcuts and you’ll be able to select Voice 1
