How to Downgrade iOS 27 Beta to iOS 26
Before You Start
1. Turn off Find My iPhone.
2. Back up your iPhone using iCloud, Finder, iTunes, or ReiBoot.
3. Make sure your computer has enough storage for the backup.
Method 1: Downgrade Using Finder
1. Download a signed iOS 26 IPSW firmware file.
2. Connect your iPhone to your computer.
3. Hold Option (Mac) or Shift (Windows) and click Restore iPhone.
4. Select the IPSW file and start the downgrade.
Restore an iOS 27 Backup
1. Open the backup folder on your computer.
2. Edit the info.plist file.
3. Change the Product Version from iOS 27 to iOS 26.5.1.
4. Save the file and restore the backup through Finder.
Method 2: Downgrade Using ReiBoot
1. Connect your iPhone and launch ReiBoot.
2. Back up your data with Data Backup & Restore.
3. Select iOS Upgrade/Downgrade – Downgrade.
4. Download the firmware and start the downgrade.
Restore Data with ReiBoot
1. Open Data Backup & Restore.
2. Select your backup file.
3. Click Restore to Device.
4. Wait for the restoration process to finish.
