Running out of storage space in Home Assistant after following this guide? You need to expand the virtual drive by editing your Home Assistant virtual machine in UTM, selecting the VirtIO drive item on the left-hand side, then clicking on the 'resize' button in the drive options page on the right. A sensible amount to change it to would be 32GB or more if you think you might need it. I should have included this step in the tutorial really but it didn't cross my mind, sorry!

Hello, thanks for the very informative video,its easy to follow. I have encountered one problem however. When I try to add an application it tells me I have only 0.6GB left. I have tried it twice but with the same error message. What am I doing wrong,please.
i did everything but when i try to open the Ip address it says the site is unreachable? i changed my network settings also to en0 and it was bridge auto also, im running this on my macbook pro m1 pro

Excellent and very useful, I recently put a MacMini M4 on my network to run Homebridge, a Plex Server and a couple of other things and wanted to add HA without having to reuse one of my Raspberry Pis again. I’ve been researching Mac silicon virtualization software, and landed on UTM & Orka. I think Orka has VM snapshots. Would love to see a video on Orka (assuming it works). Thank You!

Hello, I followed all the instructions but my setup gets stuck at the final page and I have no IPv4 address? It is left blank. At the top it says "Waiting for the Home Assistant CLI to be ready…"
This worked well to get HA set up, however my IP address changed when I restarted my Mac Mini. How can I make the IP static? Can anyone share instructions?

Real-Time Control should only be enabled if the Inverter is anticipated to recelve a higher than normal volume of write commands. Enabling this register Improves longevity of the device memory, at the risk of losing settings on power loss.
