I got mine a bit cheaper since it was an open-box return. I still think 60Hz is pretty stingy though 🤣 I really wish Apple had gone with at least 90Hz. Really enjoyed your iPad mini 7 review!

Watching on my iPad mini 7 and I’ve owned mine for about 1yr 2months. Got mine on a sale on Amazon for $370 on sale at the time.
Only hardware gripe, wish the screen was a little brighter for those times I have to use it in sunlight. Wish I had bought the 256gb but I do have multiple usb-c ssds which works well for additional storage.
When the new one comes out I might upgrade if the screen is brighter, would just get 256gb with cellular… if the price isn’t ridiculous!
There was no chip shortage, it was a hoax to justify higher price, but it never existed.

I think there are just way better tablets out there than the mini these days..
Literally no reason to buy a new iPad Mini 7 when the price has increased and a new one is about to be released.
I got mine for 450 on eBay used, I would never ever spent 700 dollars on a iPad mini. It’s insane.
And I’m speaking as an artist mainly, if it had the Pro Display with the 120 hertz stuff maybe. But even then it’s wayyy to expensive.
I really wanted an iPad mini last year but then I looked up the specs and price. Ended up getting the base model RedMagic Astra. No Regerts.
