I have a PS4 backup on a USB, but the console won’t read it.
It shows “Cannot find the update file (SU-41350-3).” The backup files are still visible on my laptop.
I also copied the backup to another USB drive, but I get the same error. Does anyone know how to fix this without losing the backup?
