Huawei launched EMUI 15 in December 2024. This new operating system is currently installed on two high-end flagship models, Pura 90s Pro and Pura 90s Pro Max. Through in-depth optimization of system operations, it provides users with a smoother and more convenient interactive experience in daily operations.
In terms of specific functional applications, EMUI 16’s Celia assistant has made targeted improvements in travel navigation. Users only need to tell the voice assistant their destination, and the system will automatically plan and recommend the best driving or walking route. It can also intelligently identify and recommend popular attractions along the way, and even directly assist in completing ride-hailing services. In addition, the most significant breakthrough of the new version of the system is the realization of the “single instruction multi-processing” function. Now users can assign continuous operation tasks to Celia in one go, and the system will automatically execute them one by one in subsequent processes. For example, if you want to check the real-time weather of a specific city before going out, and send party invitations to friends at the same time, users only need to express their needs in the same voice conversation, and Celia can automatically make calls, arrange travel schedules, and set corresponding reminders, simplifying tedious steps and bringing substantial convenience to the daily lives of overseas users.
